I believe that all relationships with others first start with the one you have with yourself.  In the program I created The Leadership Journey and books to read such as The Leadership Lessons of Howard Stern are exercises for each of us to learn, grow, transform and energize ourselves to be better leaders. A recent quote from a graduate said "I found that I am a better version of myself". Another quote recently shared "I use the tools and assessments every day of my career and life. This is true of teams and entire organizations. A Chief Executive Officer recently said "I've never seen anyone go to the Leadership Journey and not come out a better leader, it's the best $3000 you will ever spend and that is why I've sent my entire team".
